HeadshotSpell provides AI-powered headshot generation services. Users upload photos and receive digitally generated professional headshot images. The service is delivered digitally through our website.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• You must own or have permission to use the photos you upload.
• You agree not to upload inappropriate, illegal, or infringing content.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe). By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated price for the service. Prices are in USD and do not include taxes, which may apply depending on your location.

5. Delivery & Digital Products

Our service generates digital products that are delivered electronically. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Most orders are delivered within 2-15 minutes, but times may vary due to server load and other factors. Your generated images will be available for download for 30 days from purchase.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your headshots and contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will either regenerate your headshots with new style preferences or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Photos: You retain all rights to the photos you upload. We only use them to generate your headshots and do not claim ownership.

Generated Images: Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the generated headshots for personal and commercial purposes (including LinkedIn, resumes, websites, marketing materials, etc.).

8. AI Generation Disclaimer

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate headshots. Results may vary depending on the quality and characteristics of uploaded photos. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated images may not perfectly resemble the subject. We do not guarantee specific results or likeness accuracy.

9. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service for any reason, including violation of these terms, without prior notice or liability.

12. Changes to Terms
